Cherryhill - Our service during the lockdown
During these unprecedented times, we at Cherryhill want to make our customers feel as safe as possible, and as such we have put in place new procedures to adhere to the government social distancing guidelines while still providing our usual high quality service. As you will be aware we had to temporarily close our showroom to walk-in customers - unfortunately that is still the case.
Our showroom is now open on an 'Appointment Only' basis.
We have detailed below how we intend to move forward and allow you to complete your kitchen project. Our highly experienced Design Team is still available to listen and offer best advice on how to get your new kitchen design underway. Everything from planning and designing to materials, finishes and fittings, ensuring that you're delighted with the final result. The standards we set ourselves are very high so you can have confidence when you invest in us.
Showroom - Appointment Only
Our showroom is now open on an appointment only basis. Call us directly on (028) 9077 2225 to arrange your visit and discuss your new kitchen project.
To ensure your & our safety we will limit each appointment so that you have exclusive use of our showroom. We will also provide sanitiser dispensers and disposable masks for added safety.
Design Guidance
We still offer a free design guidance, and have many ways to help you start/continue your project - by email, voice & video calls. We can guide you through kitchen styles, door choices etc. to prepare for a future appointment.
To help guide you on the look you want to create you will find everything you will need on our website. You could also make use of websites such as Pintrest & Houzz which have many real-life kitchens to inspire you.
Free Planning & Design Service
We continue to offer a free design service to our customers. We can provide guidance on how to measure a room - if architects plans are not available - so you can provide us with what we need to get your design underway.
We use the the leading kitchen design software; ArtiCAD-Pro: enabling us to provide you with accurately dimensioned installation plans & layouts as well as stunning photo-realistic 3D rendered images.
Delivery / Installation / Collection
Delivery and/or Installation - we have implemented new procedures all within government guidelines in response to COVID-19.
Collection - all order collections must be arranged in advance and will be made at an approved date/time from a clearly marked safe area within our stores.
